Maintenance:

• Deep Cleaning (when need): Sponge with dishwashing detergent and warm water to clean the     cutting board and rinse thoroughly;  
• Durability maintenance: Apply warm mineral oil with a cotton cloth onto the surface of cutting board. Soak for 20 minutes and wipe excess away with a  dry cloth. Perform this action before using the new cutting board, and at least once a month after;
• Special caution: Do not put in the dishwasher or immerse it in water for a long period of time. Never apply vinegar or undiluted bleach. Do not use vegetable oils to oil your bamboo cutting boards, cause they will go rancid and ruin your cutting boards.
